Modernly decorated new Studio apartment Rossa **** is located on the ground floor of a family house, 43 m2.
A comfortable place to relax or work remotely, consists of an entrance hall, work space, dining area with kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom with toilet.
It is possible to accommodate up to 4 people on two beds and a baby with an addition of a crib.
The studio apartment also accommodates cycling adventurers. The house has a storage room for bicycles with basic cycling tools, it has The Bike & Bed ** certificate.
Location
The apartment is about 600 m away from the main town square, park, special hospital for rehabilitation, thermal water park, up to 7 minutes of easy walk. Distance from the local store is about 50 m. The proximity of various additional facilities, restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, health centers, COVID ambulance, allow full and safe stay.
Equipment
At their disposal guests have fully equipped kitchen with appliances (stove, dishwasher) and kitchen utensils for preparing and serving food. There is a washing machine in the bathroom with a shower. Ironing and drying equipment is provided. The French bed is 160X200 in size and the same size is also a sofa when folded into a bed. A work table with a comfortable chair ensures comfortable remotely working or as a spacious dressing table, as needed. Air conditioning provides complete comfort on hot days, and central heating a warm atmosphere in the cold season.
